Where our work has gone.

Two different records, stated separately: where we have delivered complete facilities, and where we have supplied machinery and utility systems.

Record one

Complete facilities delivered

Designed, equipped, installed, qualified and documented. Delivered in these countries, and only these.

  • India
  • Bangladesh
  • Nepal

Stated at set level. Individual projects are not attributed to individual countries, under confidentiality obligations to the clients concerned.

Record two, a separate scope

Machinery & utility systems supplied

Individual machines and utility systems, 500+ of them, supplied across more than a dozen countries in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. These are equipment supply destinations. They are not facilities we built.

  • West Africa NigeriaGhanaBeninTogoMaliSenegal
  • East & Central Africa KenyaTanzaniaUgandaEthiopiaCameroon
  • Middle East OmanIraqLebanonTurkey

Markets listed are machinery supply destinations, stated at set level. No client or project is attached to any country.

02

Operating Conditions

Difficult destinations are the normal case.

Most of the work has gone to places where the infrastructure cannot be assumed. Export documentation that has to clear a customs regime with its own requirements. Freight into landlocked destinations where the final leg is by road. Sites where power is intermittent and the plant's own utility generation has to carry more than it would elsewhere.

It also means training a workforce that may be building its first pharmaceutical facility. That is planned for from the beginning rather than discovered at commissioning, because a plant nobody local can operate is not a delivered plant.

  • Export documentation and customs clearance
  • Logistics into landlocked and low-infrastructure sites
  • Utility design resilient to intermittent supply
  • Training local operators, technicians and quality staff
