Specified, bought, shipped, installed, qualified.

Specification and vendor qualification
User requirement specifications, vendor assessment and technical evaluation, so the machine that arrives is the machine the process needs rather than the one that quoted lowest.

Procurement as principal
We contract for the equipment ourselves and pass the manufacturer's warranty through to the client. One counterparty, one point of accountability, and no gap between the party who specified the machine and the party who bought it.

Factory and site acceptance testing
FAT witnessed before dispatch, so faults are found while the equipment is still with its maker, and SAT on site after installation.

Export logistics
Packing, shipping, export documentation and site delivery, including into destinations where the last leg is the hardest part of the journey.

Erection and installation
Mechanical installation, orbital welding for hygienic pipework, and tie-in to site utilities.

Qualification
Installation, operational and performance qualification executed and documented as a formal, auditable exercise.

Commissioning and trial batches
Commissioning, trial batch execution, formulation recipes and technology transfer, taking the plant from mechanically complete to actually producing.

Workforce training
Training the client's own operators, technicians and quality staff to run the plant, so the handover is a handover and not a dependency.
Single Point of Accountability
We buy the equipment. Not the client.
On most projects the contractor advises and the client purchases, which means that when a machine underperforms the client is left arguing with a manufacturer they have never met. We contract as principal and pass the manufacturer's warranty through. If a machine does not meet the specification we wrote, that is our problem to resolve.
