Granulation, compression, coating and packing, laid out so that the dispensing, granulation and compression suites hold their own pressure regimes and material never crosses a dirty path on its way to a clean one.

Automatic capsule filling with the same segregation logic as the tablet block, plus the handling and humidity control that gelatin shells demand.

Oral Liquids & Syrups

Syrup manufacturing vessels, transfer, filling and capping, designed around cleanability and the purified water system that feeds them.

  • Purified water loop sized to batch demand
  • Cleaning in place on manufacturing vessels
  • Bottle washing, filling, capping and labelling in sequence

Ointments & Creams

c. 15,000 tubes per shift

Jacketed vacuum mixing, homogenisation and tube filling, with a services layout that accepts hot and cold utilities running to the same vessel.

  • Jacketed vessels with heating and chilling services

  • Tube filling and sealing sized to batch

Most demanding block

Dry Powder Injections

c. 30,000 vials per shift

The most demanding block on the site. A segregated aseptic area with its own entry sequence, environmental classification, and a documentation burden considerably heavier than any oral solid line.

  • Segregated aseptic core with dedicated gowning sequence
  • Grade A filling under barrier protection within a Grade B background
  • Vial washing, depyrogenation tunnel, filling and sealing in a continuous clean line
  • Environmental monitoring programme built into the design, not added later
  • Water for injection and pure steam generation and distribution

Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients

Reactors, distillation, drying and material handling at industrial scale, with solvent handling, hazardous area classification and effluent treatment shaping the layout from the outset.
